The best way to start a semester off strong is to provide your instructors with a copy of your accommodation letter as soon as possible. Please visit our Accommodation Letters page so we know you would like a copy of your accommodation letter for this semester.

Now is the perfect time for new or returning VCU students to register with our office and request academic, housing, dining, or other accommodations at VCU. It is also a great time for returning students to consider any necessary updates to their accommodation letters. Requesting accommodation letters (returning students) -Spring 2025 Accommodations Letters - Any student who has been approved for accommodations may submit a request for accommodation letters. You will receive a copy of your letter shortly thereafter and should contact your instructors to discuss how your accommodations will be implemented in your classes.
